Seven4Aid · Hamburg
We drive there ourselves.
And show you what difference your donation makes.
A team of young professionals from Germany and Hungary. Since 2022 we have been taking aid for children and families in Ukraine in person to trusted partners on the ground.

From initiative to association.
Why we do this: Lots of people want to help but don’t know who to give their money to. With us, you see who drives there and where your donation ends up.
Since 2022 we have been helping as Youth Pro Ukraine, alongside our studies and jobs. To keep it going in the long run, we are now founding Seven4Aid as an association. The German tax office has already confirmed that our statutes meet the requirements for charitable status. All that’s left is the entry in the register of associations, which we expect by the end of 2026. Until then, all donations still go through the Stiftung Kinderjahre, a foundation in Hamburg.
What changes with the association
- We get our own bank account.
- You can become a member.
- We can apply for funding for bigger projects.
- We can manage more than one project a year, first in Ukraine, later in other countries too.
That’s us

How we work
From the first question to the last parcel, we’re there ourselves.
01We ask what is needed.
Our partner on the ground is the association Nebaiduzhyi Vynohradiv in Zakarpattia. They have known the families there for years. Who gets help is based on an official certificate from the regional administration confirming that a family is in need.
02We collect and buy.
Schools and universities in Germany and Hungary pack presents with us, for example at the University of Passau and Andrássy University Budapest. Every box is half useful, half a real present. With your donations we buy long-life food and hygiene products.
03We deliver the aid ourselves.
In mid-December we drive the presents to Vynohradiv ourselves. We usually buy the food right there from a wholesaler. That saves us long transport, and the money stays in the region. Then we spend three to four days handing everything out together with our partner.
04We show what arrived.
After every trip we show you on Instagram and here on the website what happened to the donations, with photos and a short report.

Help make sure more than 300 families receive a parcel this year.
Our projects
What we’ve already achieved with your help.
EVERY YEAR · 2022–2026
Christmas campaign
Young people from Germany and Hungary pack presents for children in Zakarpattia, plus food parcels for their families. Every year since 2022, and in 2026 for the fifth time.
ONGOING · 2022–2026
Food distribution
Your donations help keep our partners’ food distribution in Ukraine going.
2022 · OUR BIGGEST PROJECT
Schools in western Ukraine
49 schools had teachers and pupils but no paper, no pens and no chalk. We organised two truckloads of school supplies so that lessons could get going again.
2022 · WHERE IT ALL BEGAN
Emergency aid after the war began
Evacuations, aid transports and support for refugees in Budapest.
Frequently asked questions
What can I donate to Ukraine?
Money helps most. With it, we buy exactly what children and families in Zakarpattia need right now and take it to our partners on the ground ourselves. At Christmas, you can also pack a shoebox with presents for a child in Ukraine. Our packing guide tells you what goes in the box and what doesn’t.
Where can I donate to Ukraine?
You can donate directly to Seven4Aid, by bank transfer or PayPal. Until our association is registered, all donations go through the Stiftung Kinderjahre, a foundation in Hamburg. On request, it can also send you a donation receipt (valid for taxpayers in Germany). We show openly on our website and on Instagram what we use the money for. See ways to donate
Who collects donated goods?
We collect the gift boxes ourselves as the Seven4Aid team, at our drop-off points in Hamburg, Passau and Budapest. Then we drive them to Ukraine in person and hand them to the children together with our partners there, such as Nebaiduzhyi in Vynohradiv. Find the drop-off points here.
Donate now to help children in Ukraine.
Our fifth Christmas campaign: Helping more than 300 families get a parcel this year.
We’re collecting presents and donations until mid-December. Then we drive to Vynohradiv ourselves and hand everything out together with our partner. Our goal: €10,000.
